So my initial strategy was to have my loan repayment be as low as I can (income-based) and use that extra money to invest. You think it’s better to just pay off the debt first? Thanks Mike Sz.
Perfect. I’ll add it to my study topics. Appreciate your help!

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to to say hi to the biggerpockets community.  I hope to jump into the real estate investing world soon.  Soon to graduate from Physician Assistant school with zero assets and tons of liability so I have some work to do! Currently I have been educating myself with some of the real estate books that were recommended on the podcasts.  Looking to potentially buy my first live-in flip or house hack (what ever the future wife desires) within a year.  Would love to get involved with some local real estate clubs.  I will be in the southwest region of the chicagoland area. Shoot me a message if you would like.

Thanks,

Mike Szypulinski
