I'm trying to implement a craigslist ad campaign in my area that requires managing multiple accounts and posting at certain times to stay towards the top.

If you have extra time, trying to get started with wholesaling or investing, then this would be a good opportunity for you since training and materials are provided.

Potential for more work as needed if you do well ;)

compensation is negotiable.

reply here, connect with me on BP, or use my contact info in my signature.

Thanks!

@Wayne Woodson Hah yes I've heard the haters and doubters on here before as well. It is possible, but the odds are against you as a wholesaler to get something that cheap and to have an agent willing to work with you. Many try to submit offers themselves, but unless you've developed a reputation of closing all the time your name is mud and they will just let your offer "expire". I think being an agent or working with one really helps the credibility of your "lower" cash offer.

To answer some of the others questions of "how" you just need to have a great agent like Shawn who will search the MLS for specific keywords that will put you on the right track to find motivated sellers. To be honest I don't know exactly what he searches, but things like foundation issues, mold, etc would most likely be it. This deal I wholesaled ended up being a trust sale and it had pretty bad foundation issues.

I've been wholesaling for a while now grinding out postcards and internet leads with private sellers, but the MLS was an enigma. I've made some feeble and even misguided attempts at MLS properties before (that's how we learn right?) But... today I closed my first wholesale deal off the MLS with the help of an awesome Agent! Huge thanks and wanted to plug him here to help grow his busines @Shawn Jacobs

Guess what? I met him on BP! Imagine that :) this deal alone paid for my Pro membership a couple times over (more shameless BP promotion, but glad I did it) @Brandon Turner  @Joshua Dorkin ;)

Some wholesalers, including myself before this deal, believe that in order for MLS wholesale deals to happen you need to be licensed, have deep pockets, have your hands in someone else's pockets, or have an insane realtor willing to commit professional suicide spamming out 100s of low ball offers every week to get wholesale MLS deals. That may work for some, but I didn't have any of those to make this deal happen. I had a smart agent who understood wholesaling and we developed a good strategy for making offers without going crazy spamming offers and wasting a ton of time.

1 done and on to the next!

or how about those flip flop wearing Hawaii shirt type investors? A nice Hawaiian shirt with crazy colors and BP on the back would be most amusing. Or for those gangsta types there should be a "low" Baller BP T-shirt! ok maybe not that one :)

I think the key with these BP shirts is like you said.... "Swag". Just a plain grey shirt and logo doesn't say swag to me. It says cheap. Investors want something to brag about and show off at their next REIA or other networking events to be noticed and be a nice ice breaker for conversation. At least that's how I view it. If you agree up vote it! If you disagree then speak your mind and why. We'll get some good feedback for @Scott Trench

Come on guys, as investors we're inherently egotistical proud monsters... you know a cow with black and white dollar signs all over it with the words "cash cow" land lord, investing like a BOSS, or "I got 99 house problems but they all make money" with the same BP logo on the front or back would sell a ton more BP T-shirts and would be a lot more attention grabbing.

I'm only half joking... I want the BP cash cow shirt!

Post: Frustrated with SEO Ranking

I've been putting a lot of effort into my rankings over the past year, and I'm really getting frustrated with my results. First it was google penguin that knocked me back from the 2nd spot for we buy houses in my market to 3rd and then I had to change everything from houses to homes because of the copyright bull for We Buy Houses.  This post isn't about them though, but what I want to know is why I look at my site at ahrefs.com and compare my stats vs my competitors why the heck are they ranking better than me when I have about triple to quadruple the backlinks, more of a social media presence, and just overall better content. It baffles me.

If anyone wants to take a look as to clue me in if I'm doing something wrong I'd appreciate it.

keywords:

we buy houses grand rapids

sell house fast grand rapids

my site = www.sellhousefastgrandrapids.com or look in my signature.

Thanks
