I’m a Canadian and currently own one property in Rochester New York and looking to grow my portfolio in Rochester and may be other locations, but currently focused at Rochester. Looking for hard money lender for my next property. I don’t own a social security number. That’s usually a common starting question from a lender. Does anyone have contacts of a hard money lender who specialize in these loans. Thanks

Haseeb Awan I just had a discussion with my accountant and wanted to share the experience. Personal tax bracket in the US has lower tax rates than the corporate, unlike Canada. So the advise was to keep it on the personal and avoid the exposure to US Corp. tax which is higher. I'm also using the property as a second residence, so not for rental. Haseeb Awan it's a mortgage. Justin Herrington it's great to find someone local. We should connect. Message me privately.

Brie Schmidt it's worth it for the $39 but not for the $1,249 (VIP). Be patient, unlike me, and listen to the nuggets between the lines. Try not to let the sales pitch get into you or even turn you down. Hold till the end and take advantage and make good network from people in your local area. Take notes. A lots of notes! That's my advise. Let me know how did it go.
