Hello everyone, I am a Marine reservist and foreign service officer who is looking at the Tampa area for an investment property. My wife and I will be spending the majority of our time overseas but want to crack into real estate to diversify our investments. I like the idea of being near a military base for renters and Tampa (Macdill AFB) has a few major commands. Does the flood insurance kill the cash flow? Any advice is appreciated...
