Hi,

I have one property I am renting out in California which I need to put into an LLC. Is there any way of having that property owned by an out of state LLC and not paying the franchise tax for just one property? I do not intend to live nor purchase any more property in the state of California.

Thanks!

Hi,

I am looking at a few areas in South Florida, it seems every local municipality has its own regulations.  One area is Palm Beach Shores.  The local municipality says no, however there are 100's listed in this area on AirBnB.

Are these people simply ignoring the city? Do these local Muncipalities enforce the bans on STR's?

Thanks for any insights!

@Jason Sensi Did you find anything?  I am having trouble getting anyone to admit they exist.

Hi,

I am looking to purchase a condo near the beach which allows STRs.  Every realtor that I talk to says this is impossible.  Does anyone have any luck finding these or do they even exist?

Thanks!

Mike
