There are multiple factors that go into figuring out the interest rate than just credit score. Being an asset based lender we don't base everything off the borrower, but will look at information on the property to help set the interest rate. I would have to see the quote to see why it was quoted in the 8% range.

Thanks for your response.

On a purchase we require 25% down (max LTV we loan is 75%). Our loans are asset based. We base them off value and and the cash flow of the property (asset) for approval. We have no income or dti requirements and we don't require tax returns. I'd be happy to discuss this and clear up any concerns you have. Feel free to email or give me a call.
