I'm looking to buy them.  I have my real estate license but our primary business is on the investment side with buy and hold multi family properties.  If you have properties that fit our criteria, you would still get your full commission, I am not looking for commission on the acquisition of these.

We are looking to acquire multi family properties around the Tampa Bay area, including Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Polk county. Ideally we are looking for duplex, triplex, quadplex properties that are rented and returning at a good CAP rate. Ideally properties that have some opportunity for improvements are preferred.

Please contact me with any properties you have available.

Noteflipper is a complete scam.  They don't tell you when you sign up that the direct mail program is 3x what a normal direct mail company would charge.  The list company is 2x more than what they market it to be during their sales pitch.  Customer service is unresponsive.  Overall this a extremely deceptive!  Not to mention they market this as a "we will help you be successful" product yet every 5 minutes I'm sent a new email for some "Make a Million Dollars Overnight" deal.  It's beyond ridiculous and sad to see that this company is still in business.
