I’m trying to figure out how much I can raise the rent with out making the tenant run way.

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Easton.

Purchase price: $275,000
Cash invested: $275,000

planing to keep it for 2 years. them sale it or demo and build 8 units.
