where did you get the list?  

Hey everyone!  I've been buying and selling in Upstate SC for several years and we are starting to find several deals in the Hendersonville area.  Looking to staff up some teammates up there.  Mainly looking for an amazing closing attorney that is responsive, fast, and investor friendly.  Also, we'd like to find a realtor that knows the area well and would be interested in listing our flips or wholetails (fixer-uppers we resell immedately).  Let me now if you have any great connections!

I have since decided to actually move here to Greenville and pursue RE full time here.  Would love to help you find what you are looking for!  

I think this is a great rental market for sure as the demand is high and increasing (I'm sure some longer term locals can also attest to that here).  One thing that I learned quickly here in Greenville (vs Colorado) is that the taxes are significantly higher on properties that are not owner occupied.  Not a problem per se, but something to understand so you can buy at the right price and build that into your expense profile.

Hi @Roy Oliphant, yes, I am in Littleton, CO and actually am moving to Greenville, SC later this fall.  I am a wholesaler here locally but I also do wholesale deals in St Petersburg, FL.  I have 3 years experience in wholesaling in the competitive Denver market and another year wholesaling in a remote market.  For you as a buyer, what I offer to you, would be the opportunity to buy contracts for discounted properties should they meet your requirements.  For the local wholesaler, the business arrangement would depend on that person's needs and skills and I would fill in the gaps (marketing management, follow-up systems, lead management, etc).  @Roy Oliphant, if you want to talk more about this directly, please send me a PM and we can chat some more.  Thanks!
