Thank you all for the replys, I'm definitely going to be plugging into the local network,and we're actively looking for mentors. We're willing to answers phones or trade our time for knowledge as well whether that be sweeping up after contractors or cleaning out a hoarders house. Again I appreciate all the information.

Hello BP, My Name is Michael Malkowski, and I'm brand new to bigger pockets. I'm just now beginning to dive into real estate and have heard so much about taking the bull by the horns and just going in to it that me and 3 buddies did just that. Our goal initially is to wholesale, and flip. Eventually we would like to buy and hold and continue to build our network and knowledge base to hopefully teach and share that with others!
