Hey BP! Looking to start a meetup group for real estate investors or anyone else tied to the industry. Went to meetup.com and saw a void so hopefully I can facilitate filling that. If anyone is interested in being apart of that please drop a line to send a colleague request and let's get it going! Look forward to connecting! Michael

Hey BP, New to Real estate but have been on the fence for over a year now. Currently work a door to door marketing job and have compiled and extensive list of distressed or seemingly abandoned properties in my last 6 months (70+ addresses) wondering what my next steps should be. Would love to share this resource in exchange of seeing this process completed so that I may learn. Connecticut and eastern New York addresses. Look forward to hearing responses and building connections; just trying to make sure I'm not coming to the table empty handed. Michael.

Hey Nathan, I recently just purchased my first property in Bridgeport. Would love to connect as I'm just starting to dive into real estate myself!

Ideally would like to wholesale because I feel like it would better suit my current position in life with my job and work hours. I'm starting with little capital being that I just buy my own house this month, but am looking to take massive action. I've heard terms like bird dogging and understanding you should never ask for something unless you're willing to give something in return. Just want to make this happen.

This is a very VERY inspiring post for me. As new as I am I'm still trying to figure out how to properly interact with the community here. This has given me a solid idea of how to be a solid addiction to the network here and I look forward to utilizing this information actively. Thank you for your words and Congrats on 1k!
