Currently work a door to door marketing job and have compiled and extensive list of distressed or seemingly abandoned properties in my last 6 months (70+ addresses) wondering what my next steps should be. Ideally would like to wholesale because I feel like it would better suit my current position in life with my job and work hours. I'm starting with little capital being that I just buy my own house this month, but am looking to take massive action. I've heard terms like bird dogging and understanding you should never ask for something unless you're willing to give something in return. Just want to make this happen.

This is a very VERY inspiring post for me. As new as I am I'm still trying to figure out how to properly interact with the community here.
