Hey guys! I was wondering the pros and cons of using a HELOC to buy rentals. Personal experiences and how the terms were with your bank for the HELOC. I feel like its a good strategy and I'll most likely use a HELOC on my personal residence to purchase my first rental. What do you all think?

Hey guys I’m just getting started and I would like to reach out to you guys about contracts. I’m going to start out by wholesaling and I need to get purchase agreement contract and a assignment contact. Where can I find one that is good for NY. Should I have a lawyer write one up for me? What do you Guys think?

@Alex Olson- Thank you for the guidance i am going to look into that. I do love my current house that i live in now, i built it from the ground up in 2016. It would be something i am going to have to consider. If i can bother you for one more question.. Say i wanted to stay in my current house and continue living here, would i need 20% down or is there another way around that where i can get an FHA ? Or is there another loan type that i can look into?

@Alex Olson. Hey alex thanks for the reply. I should

of mentioned this but i'm already a home owner right now. Can i still qualify for an FHA loan for another home? Or will i have to put down 20%?

I am really excited about real estate and i want to get stared in buying small 1 to 2 family homes. What is the best way to get my first property. Should i work with someone and go in on a deal with another person? I’m finding it very difficult to put something together. The biggest problem

i’m having is my credit is not so great. I ran into some financial problems however i’m working it all out and i’m glad to say my score is up almost 100 points since i took control of it. Can someone help me and guide me through my first deal. I’m a really hard worker and i won’t stop till i accomplish this.
