No other insights from anyone?

I mean for as a portal to collect rent, screen tenants, and list properties.

Hi all, I’m looking at good sites for landlords to post on and I am already familiar with cozy. I figure that to get tenants it’s best to post on several platforms and I recently found zumper but can’t find any outside information on how it is for landlords. Anyone out there use it as a landlord?

Thank you all for the feedback I appreciate it.

Thank you. I think you may be right. I may not like what others are doing but if I don’t do what they do, I may end up handicapping myself.

My idea was to pay it myself but include the price in the rent.

@Debbie J. Skora my Hoa includes most of my utilities other than electric which is why I would have them pay it.

So I am looking to put my apartment for rent in the coming weeks and I scooped out my competition in the area and they’re all not including utilities and other fees in their rent. I went to several of them and it turned out the extra fees would be 200-300 on top of what they had it listed at. To me that seems dishonest and I want to at least include the hoa fee in the rent. Should I copy others and slap those fees on after or list it all at once?

Depends on how well the funds will be allocated. I’d say it’s too early to tell. Would also be nice to know if this can lower flood insurance premiums.

Thank you Maxwell I appreciate it. 🙂
