Editable Cheat Sheet

Microsoft word version is available in the Fileplace

I have my first appraisal coming up and am meeting with the appraiser. I wanted to create a simple 1-2 page document with basic information about the property(i.e., list of improvements and comps in the area). With the help of @Ryan Lundquist and the template he created, I made some changes and created a easy to edit, "cheat sheet" with the desired information.

I am not a realtor and in no way am I an expert, just wanted to provide this template in the event someone was looking to do something similar. Feel free to download and edit in anyway you want. Thanks!

(Can't figure out how to upload the Microsoft word version, PM and I can send it to you)

@Anna Sagatelova the ADA does have aspects that apply to residential units. For example, the common areas (leasing offices, parking area) of apartment buildings often do need to comply with ADA standards.

@Russell Brazil Gotcha. I was referencing the American with Disabilities Act.

@sylvia B @Russell Brazil is right, state law can not override federal law. There is no breed restriction on service animals.

However, the law does have a distinction in emotional support animals and service animals. There are different questions that you can ask for each.

@Phillip Vera @Kimberly Kesterke I’ll piggyback on as well for the Augusta market. I’ve been stationed here for about 3 years and have been able to acquire a handful of rentals that cash flow and a few flips along the way as well!
