Hi,

Could someone recommend a good property manager in the area of Grovetown, GA?  the seller of the single family rental property I just purchased recommended Park Ave Properties, who is also the exiting PM. However, I saw terrible google and yelp reviews online from both tenants and owners for their NC office, not sure about their Augusta office though. So I am concerned whether I should retain them.

Hello everyone,

My name is Jeremy and I currently live in Canton, GA.  My wife and I have recently decided to go all in with real estate investing and are eager to learn as much as possible.  We've had one rental property in the past that was a success but unfortunately sold it years ago.  We're currently looking to purchase more rental properties to get back in the game and to start generating passive cash flow.  We'd love to make as many connections as possible but we're particularly interested in connecting with wholesalers in the Atlanta area.  Like many of you, we have big dreams but realize it takes time, effort, and great mentors to help along the way, so that's what we're hoping to find.  Any advice or encouragement would be greatly appreciated.
