Thanks @Dennis M. I’m grateful @Brian Ellis. @Steve Vaughan the windows were a typo because the previous owner had them replaced through some type of government program like 7 years ago. Missing about 7 shingles. I keep the yard cleared of debris and nicely cut. I also own the 3 lots next to it, and if I start to neglect passerby’s like to throw there trash all over the place. I’m appreciative of every one of you guys taking the time.

Purchased a SFH and started the rehab myself months ago. Interior is complete. However, the exterior is hideous. Do I refinance in its current condition or do hard money loan for exterior stucco, windows, a new roof and then refinance?

@Jordan Petty depends on your ultimate goals. I made a similar negative cash flowing purchase 5 years ago. It was the house next door to my personal resIdence and my job at the tIme had weIrd hours, and I wanted control of my peaceful nights sleep so, I bought it and slowly made improvements in order to turn my negative positive. Peace of mind is priceless.

@Marian Smith thanks so much for taking the time. You made very good points and the information was greatly appreciated. I tried to post a photo but somehow it disappeared.

@Heather Rodden blinds and stove in my properties up until this point. However, I just made a post regarding this issue because I’m strongly considering adding more.
