What do you furnish in your single family homes? Appliances, do you include washer and dryer? Do you do any kind of window treatments? Anything extra?

Honestly, it depends on the area. In nicer areas we are willing to put in more of those sort of things, but people that live in the nicer areas usually don't need as much of those things.

But really, as little as possible that will still give me the highest rents.

Kitchen appliances.  If there is room for a microwave I will include it.  Washer/dryer is on a case by case basis.  I put the inexpensive white blinds on the windows.

Stove refridgerator, sometimes a dishwasher, microwave washer and dryer.  No window treatents, unless we put them up so the place doesn't look vacant between tenants.  AC but that might be as basic as a few window units.

@Heather Rodden blinds and stove in my properties up until this point. However, I just made a post regarding this issue because I’m strongly considering adding more.
