Just consider that you learned more from this one deal than you likely could have from any guru course and you got paid $6k to do it instead of shelling out tens of thousands. The kitchen looks great.

That's an awesome deal, Stephen. Big congrats. You mention that the monthly note will be $900. How did you come up with that number? I thought the loan was $70k+27k and 4.9% at 20-year amortization, which would come out lower than that.
