I am in the same boat in Detroit tenants have not paid in 6 months, Trumps CDC eviction moratorium is still in play. my lawyer said it's just a waiting game at this point. the court here is seeing cases at a very slow rate. my tenants have reached out  to Michigan's Eviction Diversion Program but the program has not responded to me about anything.

keep your head up !! we will get past this on top

need some help bigger pockets fam, I know there is an eviction moratorium going on but my tenants have not paid rent in 5 months their lease is going to be up in November. what I am asking is if I can get them out b/c of the lease is up ? what can I do help, please

this is my first rental property started renting out my house at the end of last year they were not good tenants from the start away late. just asking what I can do

Thank you so much tbis was very helpful

Just was wondering if any one has any information about the "Eviction Diversion Program" in Michigan?

How would i go about signing up my tenants?

Does any one have any experience with the program yet ?
