No wonder no one wants to buy investment property in NYC anymore. Used to be a time where buying in NYC was a no brainer, now I’m not so sure. Hopefully things pick up, luckily I invested in Florida.

Looking for my first condo investment, will to put down 200K and looking for something in Manhattan. I keep getting mixed reviews. Does anyone have experience in Manhattan? Is this a bad idea? Looking for some cash flow and potentially selling to buy something else or keep it and get a HELOC to purchase something else? Looking for recommendations for mortgage companies also I make around 65K and a price of 550K.
