Are there any South Florida Real Estate Agents that could recommend the best Real Estate School(s) in Palm Beach County? I need in-person classes as I learn better with in-person help. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!!

In listening to the podcast I can see that I will eventually be drawn to the commercial side of real estate investing... I have a question regarding Triple Net Leases... What is the benefit to the tenant of the Triple Net Lease? I can't seem to grasp why a tenant would ever want that type of lease. I have to imagine that there is a reason, but as a newbie, I can't figure out what it is.  Thanks!

Does anyone know of a club or meetup in the northern palm beach/southern Martin county? I am just getting started and would love to meet like minded people in the area. I have set a goal to purchase my first rental property by the end of 2020.
