@Kiera Underwood I am not ruling out long distance for sure, but will admit it’s a bit intimidating.. would you mind telling me which market you’re referring to?

Thanks for the response!!

@Alexander Carr, thank you for your response. I am definitely starting to look a little farther away from my current location, Stuart, PSL, Lake Worth, etc... I feel like once I get my first property I can build momentum from there. Ready to get those first time mistakes out of the way.. 😂

@Lisa Araujo, Thank you for your response. I have replied to the REI Meetup thread to be notified of the October meetup. I will definitely be there if it happens.

Hello Bigger Pockets!! My wife and I are in our mid 40's and just getting started in investing. We are in Northern Palm Beach County, FL. We have worked EXTREMELY hard over the past 4 years and have paid off all debt including our primary residence. We have been able to stash away about $25K since March from our W2 jobs. I feel like I have a case of analysis paralysis now. I can't decide if I want to look for outside money to bump up my down payment or just be patient and save for another 6 months or so to have more for a down payment. Can anyone share any tips to getting over the initial fear and doubt? TIA

Good evening investors,

I live in northern Palm Beach County, Florida and was wondering if anyone could give insight on THE BEST property management company in my area. I am seeking this information not to hire them for myself, I don't have any properties (yet). I want to work for them. I am looking for a career change at the ripe old age of 42. I don't have the time to work for a second rate company. I want to learn from the best and bring my existing skills and dedication to customer service to them.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am currently taking the FREC 1 course and I am looking for recommendations on local brokerages to apply to. Also looking for opinions on the cloud based brokerages (i.e. eXp).  Thank you in advance for any information.

I am starting my class for my real estate license this Saturday. I am doing it more for knowledge than to sell.. ultimately I want to be a property manager. Once I am licensed what is the best strategy for finding a PM company to work for?

Thank you both for your responses... provided the Covid-19 crisis doesn't interfere, I will be starting my class at Gold Coast on May 27th!!
