@Henri Meli

Trust me sir- I am completely aware of the fact that people with limited resources are not all bad people. I , myself , grew up this way. I am new to investing and just wanted to get other peoples opinion on actually investing in areas that have high crime. I was actually referring to Class D neighborhoods. I was just trying to get other investors opinions on this subject.

@Alyssa Dyer

That would be great! Thank you!

Just heard about mobile home park’s and the very low risk/ High reward it offers. Just wondering if any mobile home park investors out there can share there knowledge on this form of investing ? Thanks in advance!

Any investors invest in North St. Louis ?

What are your thoughts on investing in “bad neighborhoods”?

@Chris Salerno

Thank you for the tips. What recommendations do you have? I'm all ears. Also, I will definitely look into investing passively to gain more knowledge about how syndications are operated. This is the first time I'm hearing about that.

Do you invest in Charlotte?

@Edward Burke

Thank you for sharing. This has all been very helpful.

I'd like to ask, do you only invest in STL? Also, what made you choose STL?

Can you connect me with any good realtors out there?

Sorry, I know I'm full of questions....

@Edward Burke

What neighborhoods in STL did you invest in if you don't mind me asking ?

I've been looking in the West End. My father in law has lived there for years and has been relaying information to me about the market out there. I was told the west end is up in coming and right now is the time to get in. I've also been speaking with a few realtors out there.

Did you first visit before investing?

Ive even thought about moving out there into a multifamily and using FHA loan but I'm looking for an area that I will feel good about moving my family too.

@Jacob Powers

thank you. I just registered for there webinar next week.

You invest locally or out-of-state?

do you invest multi family?

@Kyle Smith

Thank you for responding and sharing some of

Your knowledge and experience. I think I am moving more in the direction of investing out of state but I’m still keeping an open mind about San Diego.

Do you know any wholesalers you could
