So im sick of being stuck reading and just ready to get in there and figure it out. My question is I have a property that I owe no mortgage on but with judgements and taxes there is 22k on it. It needs 15k in repairs to be rent ready and the area its in comps are pretty low. Do I (A) keep the property fix it up and try to fix title (B) Wholesale it for an 8k deal I have on the table use the money for matketing and begin wholesaling or (C) any other option you suggest. I have no available capital and right now and my credit is not good I need help with this bad. Dont want to make a poor decision but also am tired of waiting

Welcome to BP. I am also knew on here and so far the experience has been great. The only advice that I qualify to give now is to learn a lot through reading but also actually participating in the market. Don't let anyone else horror stories discourage you but at the same time try to learn lesson from the seasoned investors from there past experiences to save yourself time and money. Good luck!!

It would be cool to keep in touch and see how things are going with you in your start! Best of luck!

Thanks man and of course we could keep in touch thats what this all about building networks.

HI you doing my name is Michael Kiett. I am new to this investing world. My number one reason to getting on BP is to network and learn a straight path to what I want to achieve so I dont have to make a lot of costly mistakes. My first goal is to find ways to build capital so I figured I would start with wholesaling. The plan is to invest the profits after every three deals into buying multi family properties to hold on to. Once I have enough capital, connections and credit my end goal is to become a real estate developer. I have tried to reach out to several developers to gain a chance to get a mentor but I guess they are too busy developing lol. My number one question is the city of Philadelphia is saturated with wholesalers and Investors and I want to know how do I stand out from the clutter. What innovative ways have you used to gain a competitive advantage.
