I'll drop this down to 190k.

These 4 RV lots are all rented out for the Winter season

You would collect $1,300/month from each Lot.

Pay off the interest on your loan to purchase these,  while you sell off the 4 Lots

Buy the four Lots for 47.5k each, sell them for 60k+.

My corner Lot comp is 68k.

This is a good deal for someone looking to hustle and make 50K.

This would be a great deal for a Realtor.

Collect the rent for the next 6 months on each lot, while listing them on MLS.

The official "FOR SALE" list on their website hasn't been updated in months.

I called, the Realtor doesn't respond back.

The lady in the rental office said he's retired and doesn't care.

Seriously a good deal.

Hell, take over as official lister of the Lots.

He's not doing anything.

Anyway, good deal on these RV lots.

You could sell these 4 for 240k+

Recent comps are 63k.

It's a majority snowbird community, with 25% year round residents.

Earn $1,400/month per Lot renting during season (These are already rented  through May)

Buy all four for $195,000

Hold and collect rent, or sell off individually.

Great location. 

Quickly changing area.

3/1 (the garage is legally converted to the 3rd bedroom)

A gorgeous wood shed in the backyard.

Needs basic rehab to rent or flip.

Recent comps in the area are 115k and rising.

I'd hold on to it, but need the cash for another project.
