Post: Can anyone recommend a good property manager in Cleveland?

Good morning!

I've managed properties for others in the past. I currently manage 2 single family houses of my own. I've rehabbed over 30 houses so I'm familiar with home construction. I have a real estate license and have been thinking of getting back into managing for others. I'd be glad to share my references too so message me if you are interested. Thanks!

Hi Dave,

I know this isn't a new thread but think this should still apply unless you have already gone out and bought your first property.

For me, buying my first property probably had to be the "perfect" deal or I might still be sitting here today wondering if I could ever get into this game. Fortunately, a fixer upper was presented to me by an attorney that I had done work for and when reviewing the numbers, it was a no brainer. Unfortunately, that is rarely the case but what I think is interesting is that after doing that first deal, I knew I could do it and gained so much more confidence that the next deal became a whole lot easier because I could base the 2nd deal off my experiences of the first.

It sounds like you are doing everything right. Getting your license is a great advantage and earning a commission on the buying and selling end is always a good thing. Persistence will get you there so keep at it.

I use stock cabinets all the time from Home Depot and Lowes. Just don't get the unfinished oak cabinets from Home Depot as they are really the lowest quality cabinets you can buy.
