Hi, I'm back on this site. I've been gone for a while. I left Orange, CA for Huntsville, AL in 2011, and reside in Madison which is adjacent to Huntsville. I have watched Madison grow by leaps and bounds. If anyone has any questions about Madison, I can give them my two cents.

Are there any turnkey real estate companies recommended for the Huntsville, AL area? I'm looking for a company that does it all; remodels, manages, handles rental applications, evictions, etc.)

Yes, I live in Madison, AL (next too Huntsville). Huntsville metro area is a hidden gem. There is so many engineering jobs here. My neighborhood homes sell quickly!

Hi, I am slightly familiar with real estate investing. My uncle and father owned rental property in Orange and LA county california. I live in Huntsville, AL metro area and was wondering if real estate investing is a good idea here? I think California its easier to make money but Alabama I'm not as positive. Any thoughts would be appreciated?
