The past year I've been learning about real estate investing and gaining interest in it through listening to the BP podcast. I think I've listened to episodes 1-130 ish at least 2 times each. Origionally from Maine, but ive spent the last 6 months between salt lake and vegas. I took an agents course, but had to leave the week before the test for work. I love talking about real estate and ecommerce ideas, but don't know many like minded people. Glad I found BP! Thank you in advance for anyone who takes the time to read this.

Thank you for the prompt reply. I've never bought a house before. How would I approach it  then?

How do I enter a contract without having to end up buying it? The seller also offered owner finance, so I could potentially flip it as well. Just not sure how to initiate this deal. PlusI'm  a truck driver currently so I'm never home.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
