@Mayer M. appreciate the input! Would selling as package deal for both deeds make sense? I’m still a newbie in wholesaling, sorry for all the questions lol

@Mayer M. it’s In fishtown on 2100 block of E Albert st, the lot sizes are both 12x45 and are zoned as rsa5 and they are currently a converted rowhome that used to be 2 separate rowhomes.

For anyone that has done new construction deals in Philly I have a question. I have a potential property that I’m trying to put under contract but it’s a strange one. First of all it’s two properties that has been converted to one that also has two separate deeds. I was thinking since there’s a lot of new construction in the area, to try to market it as potential tear down and rebuild as a new construction for the new properties. But the problem is they’re rowhomes and one of the sides is connected to a neighboring house. My question is does anyone think that it’s wise to try to market it that way or if it would be smart for an investor to take on? Would appreciate anyone’s input on this!

hello everyone, I am a motivated and ambitious 22 yr old who wants to get into the world of real estate investing. I'm tired of watching my mother work herself to death only to still have nothing to show for it. I believe that REI will allow me to end that frivolous cycle and achieve the financial freedom we can only dream. Now I have very little knowledge or money at the moment, but believe when I say that I am a quick learner when motivated, and I have never been more motivated to make something of myself. I want to learn how to generate income with low or no money until I have enough to put towards other investments. So please any wisdom or knowledge or mentoring that you can impart on me will be greatly appreciated and though I don't have much at the moment any way I could return the favor, I would be glad to do so. I promise time and effort will not be wasted!
