Thanks Jarrod, Joe, and Jerry for getting back to me!

@Jerry K., the parcel is right next to the highway.  Can I direct message you the exact location?

@Joe Mclain, definitely calling the neighbors.  Craigslist and ebay are interesting.  I've never bought/sold land on ebay.  How does it work?

@Jarrod Weaver, that's a great idea!  Do you know where I even start in reaching out to them?

Thanks all for the help!

Michael

Hi BP world, long time reader, first time poster -

I'm a tax lien investor and we've ended up with a parcel of vacant land in commerce city, colorado.  The parcel is small and somewhat odd shaped, but near a highway and zoned industrial (though it previously had a small home on it).

I'm not quite sure what to do with it, and it just going to collect fines if I do nothing.  Anybody have any experience with this kind of situation and/or ideas on what I can do with it or how I could best liquidate it?

Thanks for the help!
