What's everyone's favorite solution to find real estate data. Propstream, Reonomy, Crexi Intelligence etc. Also what features/ pricing made you choose this over other programs. Thanks!

Looking for the same answer a few months later. Just had a sales call with a crexi rep demoing the platform. Curious if you have been able to find an answer yet or what other software you are using?

@Jake Ernst

Welcome to BP Jake! Local investor based out of Lancaster here. Lots of great people in the South Central PA community. I usually attend Lancaster based meetups and there is an upcoming real estate conference out here hosted by the real estate hackers which hopefully still will be able to happen later in the summer!

Feel free to connect!

I currently live out of town, but will be in the area the next 2 days if anyone would like to grab a coffee and talk some real estate. Would love to meet some like minded individuals in the area! This world is an ocean and each of us only has a bucket

A little background.

My partner is almost done becoming a PA licensed realtor with his main focus being the agent for our deals. The instructor for his course mentioned another way to save some costs would be for me to become a mortgage broker (on the side). Giving us better access to finding financing and being able to save some commissions by doing it ourselves and then reinvesting that back into the buisness.

My question would be is it feasible/ worth looking into and is there anyone out there doing this? Would this create a conflict of interest?

and what companies should I look towards if this is a viable route?

Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hello Everyone,

New to real estate and looking for my first 2-4 unit property in the Lancaster, Pa Area. I am born and raised in the area as well as my partner. Our team is assembled and we have an entity formed. My background is 7+ years in food service with a B.S. in hospitality management. Both my partner and I have full-time jobs and we are looking to grow the business on the side. After much reading and self teaching, we decided real estate would be the best avenue for investment. I'd love to network with top local agents and investors, as I search for my first deal.
