Real Estate CPAs in Southeastern PA

Hi all! I am a new investor looking to put together a team as I prepare for my first duplex purchase. I am looking for recommendations for tax advisors/preparers who specialize in real estate in the Southeastern PA area (near Lancaster County). I reached out to a few businesses already and they do not work with new investors. Not looking to spend a ton of money since I will not have enough properties in my first year to warrant an expensive tax avoidance strategy - I am looking more for someone who can walk me through some questions and help me discuss my best tax options (like forming an LLC).
