Wow Josh! That's huge! I listened to your interview on podcast #249 and was excited to see a fellow Christian (you said you were a youth pastor I believe) making it happen in real estate. On top of that, you live in Montana! I'm hopefully moving back this June and was hoping to make contact with you. I'm a teacher and will need to be supplementing my income big time in Montana. We'll have a chunk of cash from our home sale here in California and am not sure what would be the wisest way to position ourselves investment-wise. I'd appreciate your input in investing in the Montana market. Thanks!
