Post: Any experience in "Fix and rent" in Trenton, NJ?

The Trenton, NJ rental market looks too good to be true. I'm in eastern PA and was browsing around when I stumbled into Trenton's rental market. I feel like there is a hidden obstacle that I'm not seeing. (Other than bad neighborhoods)

Does anyone have any experience in Jersey Real Estate?

I work with a great contractor that does work in Easton, PA, but  he is usually busy. But if he's free, he's the best I've ever seen. I don't like working with anyone else. 

His name is John C Hager Jr.
