Hi all,

This post is to introduce myself and get involved with the BP community.

I live in Chicago for the moment but plan to move to FL I'm new in real estate and would like to connect with other investors/agents and lenders in the area. I know the STR market is getting hit hard at the moment but I see this as an opportunity to get in the market and if I can make it how it is right now I know I'll be successful.

I want to look for a property that will be good for short term rental in the FLL area. 

 I'm in Wicker park area and it's out of my budget right now, I just wanted to start in IL as it would be easier any neighborhoods you recommend?

 I'm also looking to invest out of state as well as there are a lot of opportunities and it's easy for me to travel because of my job. do you happen to know anyone who knows the ropes of investing out of state? 

Looking to get my first home/investment property wether that be through FHA or conventional loan and that is just the start I want to acquire rental properties for STR, Flips and B'RRRR. I want to have a diversify portfolio.

Looking to connect with Agents and Lenders and most important a mentor!
