Hey Bigger Pockets Community!

I have been studying real estate for a few years now and recently stumbled upon Bigger Pockets (what an amazing resource!). I'm currently living in Ventura County and going to college part time. With my free time I'm looking to learn as much about real estate as possible, especially flipping and rental properties. I would love to connect with any local investors in the area who are looking for an intern or could use a hand fixing up properties!
