Go for it!!!!! What type of advice are you seeking?

Is there a way to figure out why his sales are declining? Instead of panicing charge the issue and change. Is he advertising? Calls to prior customers to see if they need anything? Calling new companies?

Maybe since he has been in for 20 years he is not changing with the times, what are his competetors doing better?

Try Countrywide, when i bought my first home i was able to get a 6.125. This was at the beggining of this year.

Be prepared though because Underwriter will want to know your whole life story :)
