Mortgage for myself

N/A N/A
Posted

Me and my girlfriend are looking into getting a condo or a house for ourselves sometime very soon before we start our RE investing endeavors. I spoke with a loan officer at our credit union who referred us to someone who could probablly get us a special rate for 1st time home buyers of 5.6%. I want to go with ac 15 yr FRM. With a deal like this, is it worth it for me to talk to a mortgage broker to view other options?
