Thanks Mark and Zach!

REIA was the first place that I looked and I looked at the BIG meetings as well! I want to attend some of them but it seems like the next one isn't for another month or so. Also, I believe I have practice on those same nights as the BIG meetings which puts me in a difficult spot.

Thats why I joined BP, so that I could speed up the networking process! I'm going to email both of you though. I would love to hear more about what your doing in Atlanta and maybe get some more specific tips/ideas from you guys!

I would! But I still have 2 years of school left, and I'm looking at something that I can do on the side. Given the proper preparation and systems, I've come to the conclusion that buy and rent is the best! But of course, I don't know much about the other forms of RE so I could DEFINITELY be wrong!

My name is Mitchell Smith and I'm looking to get started in the real estate investment world! I'm a young entrepreneur with experience in sales and marketing and I'm just looking for a starting place. I'm looking at buying and renting out to start off with, unless there is a better place for me to start!

But if there is anyone in the Atlanta area who knows the market and would be willing to help out a young professional, I would love to meet up for coffee! OR just give me some quick advice on where to start!
