Starting out in the Atlanta area

My name is Mitchell Smith and I'm looking to get started in the real estate investment world! I'm a young entrepreneur with experience in sales and marketing and I'm just looking for a starting place. I'm looking at buying and renting out to start off with, unless there is a better place for me to start!
