Stupid question here, but when assigning your position on a L/O to either the tenant buyer or back to the seller, how do you collect on the deal? Do the "assignment" transaction at an attorney's office or title office just like you would when wholesaling a house? I'm sorry for my ignorance on this. Just looking for some insight.

I would also like to put in, does having a license sort of get you out of those "wishy-washy" situations with investments. As long as your disclosing everything you are doing everything would then be legal correct? By having your license your not running into any specfic situations that a non-licensed individual would get into? I hope that makes sense....sorry if it seems rambling. Wholesaling would be "legal" if your licensed correct?

Thank you very much for the insight, I am quite familiar with google voice and I think its one of the best things out there. My biggest issue is that I'm still working my regular job and I'm not afforded the "freedom" to answer my phone whenever it rings. I'll have to take a look at brickwork and elance. Thank you again for the insight.

Hi I will make this short and sweet. I am looking into using Odesk. I'm working another job presently so I am not able to answer the phone all the time like I want. How do you pay someone to cover the time you are not able to answer phones...is it a per minute base? sorry to seem like a novice on this, im just looking into things to expand and get better. Thank you for any insight.

Hi, simple question here...where could I go to get the ability to download or order an official realtor's purchase and sale agreement for Pennsylvania and/or Ohio? Any help or insight would be appreciated.

Jeffery, thank you for the response...I'll definitely look into doing that.
