@Theresa Harris, this is my personal property that I'm planning on renting out in the upcoming future. I had a friend who got a paint kit and apllied to his rental and it looks beautiful. Its been a year and it still has the same look.

So im currently hack housing a duplex and I'm renovating the kitchen. I have a laminated counter top with a stainless steel border. To bring my counter top back to life should i use a paint kit or stickers?

how much cash can one get back? and how is that determined?

Can someone explain the cash out refi to me, I understand the concept but how does it benefit an investor if the loan starts over.

Hi everyone, I'm a young professional who has one rental underneath his belt and i want to buy more, specifically a property in Trenton, i heard it could be good for cash flow, i am a handy man, more specifically an electrician, I'm willing to trade knowledge for work. im really looking for single family homes that are along the hamilton/trenton border that may or may not need work but turn into something worth while, does anyone know what specific neighborhoods are worth looking into? 

Hey so ive found this deal i like, i go out look at the property talked to the tenants and the seller and i got a good feeling. (motivated seller) So  the house was taken off the market and the house is under contract. The seller and her lawyer sent us the contract and we got it back to them within a week with revision, and now the seller has had it for 3 weeks now.. with the Lawyer being on vacation for 1 week for his honeymoon. how long do i stay in this deal?

Or should i just not fall in love with this house and move on to the next deal?
