Am I to understand your words correctly, that if you need to mortgage a purchased investment property, you should not have it inside of an LLC? just clarifying.

As there is no longer a northern Michigan Real Estae investing group and am considering starting one myself....would like to visit the Grand Rapids meetings if possible (weather permitting .... that is a 3 hour drive for me).  Please let me know where I can get the details on the meetings?
