Hello everyone, Let me say that I am absolutely NEW in the real estate industry. With that said I've decided to venture into real estate wholesaling as a start to build some income. My question is should I get a DBA or LLC when first starting out? Also, what are some other things that you would recommend that I do when starting out in real estate wholesaling? It doesn't have to apply to my first question, but I would like ANY advice that you would recommend to a newbie like myself. Thank you so much, Mel

Hi Scott, I'm currently in the same boat as you once was. Would you mind helping me out with that information regarding the paperwork, how to put it under contract, or what I should include?
