Hi everyone, I'm curious about wholesaling pre-foreclosures.  Has anyone in Pennsylvania had any success with this, and is it more complicated then what I am imagining? I am just seeing that on Zillow.com they have pre-foreclosure listings on there and I didn't know if I could use these houses as leads.  Also, if you can wholesale pre-foreclosures, is there any recommendations on a video or blog that might explain the process if it is in more depth then what I think it is? Thank you for your help!!!

Also, I forgot to mention, I just found out there is a $1400 lean on the title, so who pays for that and is there a way around that?

If I get an offer accepted that is listed with a realtor, do I have to then do a double close?  How do you go about this process when you are dealing with a realtor.  Can I back out if my buyer backs out?  If I have to do the double close, do I need to have the money to pay the closing costs? Sorry, still learning... Thank you for your help!
