Would it be worth it to purchase an oceanfront condo in Myrtle Beach as an investment property. With a HOA fee of close to $1000/ monthly. Condo price mid- high $200's

Where should I invest Union Park in Little Elm or Austin.. Union Park.. I’ve heard there is nothing there and it’s away from shops, entertainment.. etc and no one wants to drive 30 mins. Plus, no one has heard of any big things happening for the future of that area. Austin. I heard it’s the place to definitely invest in more so than Little Elm Any suggestions as to where is the best place to invest. For a buy and hold. Tnx!

@Jessica G. It doesn’t make sense to keep it. I was going to move in, but since I can’t find a job down there, I was going to rent it. But now that doesn’t even make sense . As for the future of it being something like Frisco don’t see that either
