For those of you that BRRR older homes (say built around 1900 or earlier )...what do you do about the plumbing and electricity? Do you update everything at a huge cost? Or just hope it lasts another 30+ years?!

thanks! We have a few legal leases, including the one on Bigger Pockets. I was just looking for things anyone has added after the fact....such as “no fireworks from the property”!  Things we normally wouldn’t think of that have been done :) lol

What is something you added as a hindsight to a lease, or added because of a bad experience?
