My ways of looking for properties have been pulling lists from listsource.com and going to the courthouse to pull lists. In the beginning I did a lot of driving for dollars. Now that I am a REALTOR I am looking on the MLS. What ways have you found to be the most efficient ways of locating quality properties for wholesaling? Also, If you are a REALTOR utilizing the MLS for properties, what strategies are working for you? Your help and guidance is greatly valued and appreciated (-:

What specifically would you recommend that a wholesaler put on their business card as their title? I know that most wholesalers call themselves investors and some call themselves consultants. I even know of one wholesaler that calls himself "Managing Member" Please advise...Thanks so much!
