@Gregory McKinley please come! I’m not much of a golfer myself, but I like the atmosphere at Top Golf. Check back here for bay info on the day of the event. : )

I am looking for a great commercial lender and great local banks that do normal mortgages and I prefer banks who shelf their loans and offer excellent interest rates. I need a recommendation for the best business-friendly bank for my checking account for my business. I definitely need some great attorney recommendations for closings as well as LLC and partnership formation. I will need property managers, contractors, hard money lenders, and all of the other support staff, but for my trip this week, I would love to meet some lenders and lawyers. I would love to stick to northern Scottsdale/Phoenix if possible. Thanks in advance!

Hello investors and vendors of Scottsdale/Phoenix! I am moving to the area in December and would love to start networking with people before I get there. All investor levels welcome, and if you service investors in any capacity as a vendor, please come out as well! If you plan to golf, I'm just looking for donation of about $8 an hour or whatever you care to pony up. Pease RSVP so I know if we are going to fill up the bay.

Thanks!

Melanie

@Yonah Weiss

I have a B.S. in Travel Administration and an M.A. in Leadership. Although the subject matter may or may not be useful, the process of finishing a degree and all that happens from start to finish, grows you as a person and that can’t be ignored. Just finishing and sticking to a process that takes years of trudging through a daily grind is a valuable process. It is often abou the journey and not the destination.
