Hello Investors community In contract to buy a duplex in Lake Havasu city AZ, we have 1 of the tenant that has been there for 17 yrs, receive HUD rent assistance basically a section 8. If we send a 60 days notice ( month to month lease - should be 30 days notice ) to evict , will HUD can oppose to eviction ? since the rent market is around $1175 to $1275. Thanks

Looking for mortgage broker that can finance loan amount $75K and below, looking for Non QM lender, meaning qualifying with rental income called DSC. If the rent amount = the PITI then it qualify the loan without showing the personal income and low documentation.
β€˜let me know if someone knows a lender. Looking in state OH, TN, FL, AL

Being a sheriff makes me more worry about dictating the law, ect....
Like Rob said: landlords don't rent to law enforcement people because they fear retaliation if they have to evict for non-payment.

He is short selling his home and he is in escrow now, has 2 dogs, no kids and wife, wants to rent for a while.
Kind of hesitating as far as his employment goes, being a sheriff makes me more worry about dictating the law, ect....

What about the neighborhood bring sheriff around them, any advise on that ?
